TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AUTHENTICITY

All items MUST be 100% authentic and purchased at a reliable source. Any counterfeit items sold can cause tremendous damage to Aurelle, and you will be held liable.

DAMAGES/ALTERATIONS

You must notify Aurelle of any known damages or alterations to your item.

CLEANING FEE

If the item requires cleaning, the cost will be deducted from your commission.

VALUATION

You may request a minimum sale price ("do not sell for less than.."). If you choose not to do so, you agree to accept Aurelle’s valuation of a fair sale price.

MINIMUM CONSIGNMENT PERIOD

Once an item has been listed, you may not request its return until 90 days have passed.

MAXIMUM CONSIGNMENT PERIOD

The consignment period will end after 12 months. At that point, Aurelle may choose to return the item to you.

LIABILITY

Aurelle will not be liable for any damages which may occur.

EXCLUSIVITY

Once an item has been consigned, you may not try to sell it through any other medium.
